And yes, currently I make more than 5k usd a year, I make 70k but it's not enough for my plans since I'm "just" a college student currently.

In the next 2 years, my yearly income after taxes will be 180k, which I'll be increasing my assets by big amounts every year.

I forgot to add, I own 2 assets worth more than 500.000usd combined with 600k usd bank debt but getting paid monthly %95 by renters, both bought by my money not parents, self made.
