its light but if he has decent muscles and high bone mass he would be crazy low bf%. For example I went from 178cm 53kg and 15% body fat 9 months ago to 187cm 65kg and 8% body fat. and I still went ahead with deciding to cut after being skin and bones at 15%, turned out to be the best decision of my life as i now have bicep veins, ab veins and finally grew some muscle
