I’m South Korea, even the convince store employees take pride in their work

Back when I was biking across Korea, I stopped at a gs25 (basically a 7/11) and the employee was some muscular Korean guy (they all do military usually) and we ended up exchanging instagrams and his Instagram is just full of him updating stuff about his store

He was prob 26 and seemed happy. Also they usually all have laid back uniforms. Just today I saw a Korean girl working at one of these stores in some adidas shorts, slides, and hoodie
