Starting at 5’7 (170 cm) and 124 lbs (56 kg). I’m eating 1 meal per day and doing intense exercise. I try to eat less so I feel hungry and don’t eat anything besides meat and fruits and vegetables. Goal: <113 lbs

Carnivore diet is retarded; plants are better for slowing aging. I already get almost all of my calories from meat anyway.

I suggest you ignore your aesthetics for a while and think about the future by putting on more weight and muscles even if it descends you. Then the cut will be good man you are smart guy so consider that.

jfl at ur iq if you really think this is going to work. You probably have the discipline of a five year old and the moment you see something good to eat when ur starving, you will go and eat it. Many people on here including myself have tried it and its not practical nor does it work.

i am way worse off than you would be at that weight, with me being at 6'0 at 115. don't go lower than where you already are, trust me i know well

Measure your BF% first. I am currently 5'7 and before I lost 4 lbs(I am now 126) I used calipers and measured myself as 17% BF, so weight(fat) loss was definitely an option for me.

bruh, just bite the bullet and bulk. cut after bulking for a few months and train hard. who cares if you look subhuman for a while if you can look way better a year later and not look lethargic

we have similar stats same pheo too, i am a little taller and was little under 125, we suffer from the same genetic trait so i can relate a lot. the issue regarding this is what is the end goal? my end goal was keeping any little muscle i gained and lose more bf but my end goal has my shifted to lose bf at all cost to have more sharper face. if you are asain you have to be <10% bf at all cost because we tend to lose bf at our face at the very end and its a lot more rapid loses at the end rather than gradual.

bro bulk is a myth to a lot of asains, you hardly gain any, you want to bulk/cut for at least 3 years for any type of gain. the main thing with me is i am already old as fuck. i aint got 3 years and even if i was young fuck that not spending my youth looking subhuman as fuck.

i did a massive legit cut for 10 months, started working out again and i know maingain actually works in my current circumstances, losing pretty much 1-1.5lbs a week, cutting for this long almost killed me. now i do severe calorie restriction not caring about my muscle loss at all. i intend to do this until 7-8% bf and take some frauded photos then still maintain 9% bf or still be in striking range of 7%
