I’m like 5’9 and turned 18 a month ago so I think there’s a change my plates are still open just don’t know how to dose HGH for growth and how I would get a x ray without an injury

U have to ask for a bone age scan. Also ask about ur parents puberty timelines.

U can go to a place and ask. Bone age scan or growth plate scan like ask for xray, to see if growth plates are open.
