I'm starting to become leaner and noticed my cheeks are sort of hollow under certain lighting

My face is assymetric af, one side of my cheek is fatter than the other. The thinner side, today when the lighting was ideal, I noticed there was a slight hollowing in my cheek. Similar to Delon's hollowing. Giving me hope that lean maxxing will make me look better.
