Only if there is actually something big to fix. Doing tons of plastic surgery on a face isn't going to make it look 10/10, so it is best to accept what you have.

The only surgery that is worth it is jaw surgery but very few people actually need it. Only an orthodontist or a maxillofacial jaw surgeon can tell you if you are really recessed and how much you can benefit from the surgery. Also, there is the opposite of recessed which is known as an underbite, and it can be just as bad, fixing mine helped but it didn't make me into a Chad, it just made me look normal.
