So I’m a pretty active user here I’d say and I have accumulated knowledge in the last year or so and would say I know most things there are to ascending. One thing I always come back to is I notice how you can do everything in the world-roids, melanotan for coloring, GHK-cu, red light therapy, microneedling etc, but all that won’t matter if your not MAXIMUM 12 percent body fat or below. I do a lot of the things listed above although I hopped off roids(roids are cope past one cycle debate me) but I struggle with food the most. I’ve quite literally always had a struggle with food. I’m always hungry, I binge when I do get my hands on junk food, and it fucking sucks. Consistency Is key to this. Everytime you don’t allow yourself one thing even if it’s little then that’s a win. I’m seriously debating ordering tirzepatide or retatrutide and if you use any GLP please give some suggestions or personal anecdotes. All in all, that’s all I wanted to say. Stop coping, just being skinny most guys pull foids.

Nonsense - people with good bones look good at 15% bodyfat usually and there are some people who even descend their looks going below about 15% bodyfat.

I’m literally saving this and looking at it everytime I get hungry. I’m too chunky right now and the fact I do as well as I do with girls gives me so much life fuel. I need a GLP

And if fat is filling in your jaw then below 15% will actually hurt your looks.

GLP1 is enough.

And if you have to go quick DNP with GLP1.

With GLP1 Tirz is redundant since Reta exists. Sema is just a god tier apatite suppressant.

If you die on DNP it’s natural selection ATP. Only a giga retard will die on DNP. At low to moderate dose you’ll be perfectly fine. Most I’ve run is 600mg. 400mg is more than enough. And 200mg is fine also.

but yes people have died on it.

Also I know Reta has tons of stuff going around about it right now, could even just tirz help me break my lifelong food habits? Reta is just so fucking expensive and tirz is at least tolerable to purchase

The harsh truth is, if you don't mogg most normies at even boohoo 20% bodyfat, it's a bad indicator.
REAL 15% is good enough and you should mog pretty much everyone and have access to HTBs at this point, if you have the 'bones' :)
15% is abs start showing and your face should be 'debloat ed enough.
15-17% is ok you can sustain it through the year without much problem, I would not return to like 12%, at 15% I already look like borderline twink, maybe after years of gym maxing it would be beneficial but not if you don't have much muscles

If you look worse at lower bf that’s a bones problem. That’s why some people claim to look better than they are bloated. Because they are too low bf and don’t have the bones to support it, so they look gaunt

Yes it can help with addictions and habits.

Tirz. will do the job but if you have access to reta for good price then there’s no reason to use Tirz. Sema is the strongest apatite suppressant of the 3 which is why I use it to leanmax.

Legit , but once u get to 10-12% its so eazy from there on , i never have to bulk or cut anymore roids pretty much just keep me at the same bf% while packing on mass its insane

i would run reta, its much nicer and easier than sema. the only side I have personally expirenced up until now is my rhr is much higher. It is dose dependent tho. I for example had a rhr prior of like 65. After 2.5 reta it went to 80. Now at 4.0 it is like 90+. I have read that is starts to stablize after a bit tho. I dont feel any different. + when I overeat it is much more merciful than semaglutide. It is only painful for like an 1hr vs like a whole day on sema.

Dnp is godsend but after a couple cycles it gets pretty miserable, If I could go back I would try my best to make it a one in done.

If u struggle to get lean, your physiology probably isn’t mean to be low bodyfat/lean.

Most men have a mild case of klinefelters, so it’s like working against the grain trying to achieve a masculine characteristic like low body fat.

For me, it’s always felt easy to be lean. I’ve never struggled at all to maintain it, it was always effortless.

If you’ve been struggling for a long time, it’s a losing game and you might as well just accept it the way it is.

Calorie deficits don’t always work, not only because people have a lack of willpower to maintain them, but also because there are more factors than simply calories, such as hormones.
