I'll add anecdotal experiences for each (Not my own experience)

Anecdotal experience for 1) -> I once was riding the subway with a chad, he was tall, good bones, hunter eyes, good coloring (for PSL standards, since he had a North Atlantid phenotype, I don't care for coloring) and I was paying attention to how nearby women were reacting to him. None of these women glanced at him despite him being very attractive.

Another experience is when I was walking with my prettyboy friend who by default can't be intimidating because he's, well, pretty and women would just keep looking at him. Though in this scenario it was ethnic women looking at him because he's ethnic himself. Guy in the first story was white.

Anecdotal experience for 2) -> Yesterday I was talking to someone who used to frequent on here and frequently get rated 6s and 7s according to PSL/truerateme standards. He said a woman from his apartment, both are of college age, was basically offering him a lot of stuff, picking him up whenever he wants, knocking on her door whenever he wants, etc. She will offer to do things for you without you even asking, basically.
