Oral minox and perhaps upgrade to dutasteride, these pills prevent and regrow but I swear they are also anti anxiety meds cause of the anxiety hair loss causes @max_frisch

If you're sensitive to any androgen (test) and not just DHT, you can use RU, but try dutasteride first.

Go the autist route : buy sink filter and gather ur hair when taking a shower and see if it geeting worse then go dutasteride
