maybe he measured it wrong and infact he gained 5mm of height??? it goes both ways. But people always over estimate their height anyway because theyre stupid or their egos get in the way. Being fatter makes you taller also because of the fat in the bottom of your feet make you taller. Classic physique bodybuilders are always uncertain of what height class they should compete in because when they are lean they lose some of their height and therefore could end up in a lower weightclass and have to cut even more weight.

LOL! same! i tried mk677 and didnt notice anything (doesnt mean it didnt do anything. I got it from receptor chem and all it did was make me super hungry and low energy. Being fatter is what i prefer anyways because fatter = stronger bones = stronger human being. Being fatter makes me more confident
18, my height is most likely not gonna change very much at all.
I've only grown 2 cm this last year. My father is still an inch taller than me. Did you grow using some methods or is it genetics?

how old were you then. 1-1.5cm is noticeable, but 2mm can be due to random error.

It depends a lot where you live. It's not the same in Colombia than in the Netherlands. But yeah standars are high. 6'2 ideal height, that's like the height 10% men are. It's brutal.
