I'm still sick

I thought I was healed bc I feel better but I drank some water and my stomach was a little upset and I ended up shitting again 20min later

I can't rlly eat much which was worrying me so I ate what I can which was fruit and yogurt and fast forward 30min and my stomach is pretty unhappy again

isn't to bad I will still go out tmr but kinda a pain


for those who don't remember, the day before yesterday I had a raw steak and got diarrhea and even puked but that was most likely bc of the awful smell
