What if I hit a plateau, like how can I progress in weights again and become better and better?

js be patient but if its longer than a month with no progression, check the volume for that muscle then maybe even do a deload week

Do deload weeks actually work?

A thing that worked for me is to do 8 to 10 sets per muscle group per week with 50 to 70 percent of my one rep max for 20 reps or 12 reps.

Pick a rep range from 8 to 20 reps. Do all your sets with 2 reps away from absolute failure.

yes they do because if ur not progressing over a long period of time its prly due to accumulated cns fatigue (u might be pushing every set to failure, or doing too much volume) so doing a deload week helps in lowering the fatigue or even dissipating it entirely

thats just cope most people on here are retarded pussies and rarely ever train to failure he should think outside of the box besides reducing his training intensity like getting more sleep or fixing up his diet or meal timing
