its ober for me
benching 3 times a week, 5 sets
eating 160g protein a day
sleeping 8 hours a day
taking whey and creatine and caffeine and nigger cum
alternating between heavy weight low reps and lighter weight higher reps
will TRT help me??

How much do you weigh and how old
 
65 for how many reps
 
and how long have you been lifting?

At least you’re consistent. I haven’t been consistent in 8 months jfl I’m shitting my pants I just wasted another year of my life.

Forget about the weight tbh. Just train your whole body and do it consistently. Our goal at the end of the day is to not have a subhuman physique/strength level not to be some chad 2/3/4/5. Look down not up

Yeah that could be 1 issue. Some people just don’t have good chest genetics and it’s hard to grow their chest. But maybe their legs or biceps or whatever else could have better predisposition to growing. But that test level is defiantly low.
