Hgh can be bought from online pharma stores or from grey market (usually Chinese telegram ppl that sell it for cheap but u gotta be careful make sure they're trustworthy, have valid test results and reviews). You can find grey market sellers on bodybuilding forums/anabolic steroids forums or ask around on here maybe someone will tell you. How u take it u can follow a video tutorial on YouTube or smthing and most ppl take from as low as 3-4 ius to even 12 ius but obviously don't take that much. I don't take hgh so I wouldn't know the optimal iu but I'd assume it's 6-8 ius daily? Just go on a best of the best forum on the website.
