bro i faced the same situation but here’s what i did i watched how my friend messaged foids he did it so effortlessly.

so next i messaged a foid my self with my friend beside me he helped my by letting me message and when i did something retarded he would slap me in the face and tell me what to type in over time i started texting by myself.

Now i can message girls decently not to my friends level but to a level where i can do linkups and stuff.

I'm 24 and not KHHV anymore. I managed to have a 2-3 year LTR but I'm still bad at rizzing foids up. I need to be on low inhibition drugs otherwise I just can't make a move
It's pretty brutal being so ND and such a late bloomer when it comes to sex and talking to girls.
