the biggest mistake you can make is to pretend that guys cant feel depressed and hopeless.
youve probably been keeping it all inside, and now you need to let it out.
it happens bro, dont worry. Do something drastic, because the pain NEEDS to go somewhere. But do something that wont have life long impact.

If i were u i would take a sleeping bag, get some food, and go out into the woods and just be in the nature away from all this shit for a night. I did that, and it helped me so much.

Ah I'm MP as well. It's alright, better than regular infantries anyways. Can shoot with a little different guns, not much of forest camps, can drive around in cars etc.
