I quit them some time ago now. It’s over when you get addicted to hem, very-very-very hard to quit, but it’s possible.

I can handle 30 mg now so that’s like two sessions before the packs done (6 mgs)

They’re mad addicting but for some reason I only use them when working out

I still crave them 7 weeks after quitting. Not that much tho. Only when i think about it i just “one pouch would be nice”.

That’s why i say it’s over when addicted to nicotine. 99.9% can’t quit long term.
