I will tell her to vent out anything she wants to me and I'll advise her to talk to a therapist. If she refuses to go, I will book an appointment for her behind her back.

I know if she continues her behaviour it would impact the rest of her personal and professional life. If she continues this she could be doomed to becoming a permaNEET because employers don't want to hire racists and prejudiced people like her. So educating her would be the best course of action for her.
