lets be realistic though. nobody has enough money for that, you would need the height in your prime days anyway and disabling yourself in your prime years for a year is not the way to go

Turkey is supposed to be the tallest mid east country and when I went there I heightmogged most men in lifts (im 175cm with 2.5cm lift)

I went to tunisia (not middle east but north african) and most guys were also under 5'10.

Koreans and Chinese men who are young are not remotely short. they are like the same height as southern europeans
