u make one of those and drink it 5x a day (as much as u can really) once a day is fine if u want but 5x or higher if u can manage it is best, u get a high off of it but its mild. its the natural reward system being activated from lots of raw fat. just sip it slowly or chug it if u must, best consumed with a meat meal (if u eating raw meat). I like drinking one an hour or two before bed u feel floaty and nice.

yea supermarket eggs would work, but they are inferior in nutrients and contain toxins. Try get the organic or pasture raised ones in the supermarket - if possible get the ones with feathers on them (unwashed, washing gets detergents into the egg bcs the shell is porous). just get the best quality ones u can afford.
