I’ve privately shared my transformation with many users here, and some of them requested that I make a public thread about it. So here I am doing just that.
I’ve been a user on this forum since 2019. My old account was called “ArabIncel.” If you just google “ArabIncel looksmax” and click images, you’ll find many pictures of me from back then.
In fact, they used my pictures (from back then) in the sticky “HOW TO TAKE RATING PICTURES” guide:

About a year ago in March of 2025 I made an account here (now deleted) and created a thread to share my transformation up until that point in time. I had only gotten my eye color changed and a genioplasty at that time. However, now I’ve also gotten filler placed all throughout my mandible + in my nose.
Below I am posting before and after pictures from all angles for a direct comparison so you can see what I used to look like before any looksmaxxing vs what I look like now. On the left of each collage is a before and on the right of each collage is an after.
These are the things I’ve done:
1. A laser surgery to change my eye color from brown to blue.
2. A vertical lengthening genioplasty to vertically lengthen my chin by about 12-14 mm (a very significant movement).
3. So far 11 ml of filler placed throughout my mandible to improve my chin, gonions, ramus, etc. (I get a touch up every 6 months so the ml’s will continue to rise beyond 11 - my next touch up is this July in 2 months).
4. 1 ml of filler placed in my nose to make the tip a bit upturned and the bridge a bit less hooked at the top (this difference is really only noticeable in the side profile).
Some of you may think I look uncanny, but that’s fine. Here’s what I’ll say about that:
Before looksmaxxing I got 0 attention from women, and now I don’t have a hard time finding women who are attracted to me. Sometimes women even approach me first without me making a move. Either they like my eye color or they like my lower third or they like both. Of course, many are repulsed by me still, but the point is, before any looksmaxxing, they ALL were repulsed by me. At least now some genuinely find me attractive - and some of these girls who find me attractive are attractive themselves, so it’s not like they’re all a bunch of LTBs. Thus, I now have niche appeal.
Moral of the story: looksmaxxing works even if you start with a subhuman base like I did.
Also, I’m not finished looksmaxxing. I will continue to looksmax. I’m getting an eyebrow transplant next to make my eyebrows long and thick. I will also grow out my eyelashes. I will also get cheekbone filler to make my zygos forward grown (they’re already laterally projected but I need forward projection to get a nice ogee in 3/4 view - this should complement my strong mandible nicely). May also get buccal fat removal surgery to try and get some hollowing, but first I’ll drop to 9-10% bf and assess from there (right now I’m like 15%).
I will also get LL to grow 3 inches taller. Extra height never hurts. I plan to do this in 1 or 2 years when I can afford it.
The looksmaxxing journey never ends. It continues.
