10-15k steps a day
low sugar, low gluten diet
no smoking
no drinking
no drugs
supplements (probiotics, collagen, vit C, vit d3, k2, mag, zinc, magnesium , selen, biotin, ashwaganda, omega 3, OPC, MSM)
half a liter a mix of carrot juice and orange juice daily for beta carotene glow/vitamins
sleeping 8-8.5 hours daily
healthy relationship

tell me how else can i healthmax
U need to insert activities do intelligencemaxx as well, like reading books, I've heard reading prevents Alzheimer.

I am 31 soon.

all my blood values are in the ideal range, my blood pressure is low normal range, no signs of balding, don't have any wrinkles or any degree of collagen loss whatsoever, no joint issues, and don't expect any of these any time soon either.

you are suppose to look mid 20s at 31 its not a flex,just wait until your 42 and see if you have this same illusion broski

most people my age look significantly older than me.

and they will continue to do so, my father still looks young while he's in his mid sixties and he doesn't even wear sunscreen.

nah i love the gym its fun but i did have to stop working out when i realised lifting metal is poinless/waste of time and bad for longevity once i realised 90 percent of faggots in there look old as shit especially for there age,i still workout for like 40 mins weekly cardio
man im working out for 8 years already and people guess my age 3-5 years younger

the only 'side' I got was that my skin quality improved.

besides that my libido went down a little for a while but it was also abnormally high to begin with so that wasn't really a negative.

Mirin how neurotypicals are able to keep up with such consistent routines like 5x gym a week along with 8 hour work week + keeping up with friends and along with that having a girlfriend and probably other shit. Really makes me realize how dysfunctional I am

u might just be lacking something. i didnt feel any joy for months cuz i fucked my receptors with porn and sugar addiction and bad diet. i also got ADHD which doesnt make it all better

I see people report that their sperm got watery from it too, but I never had this, it still looks like glue.
