What do you do when your social battery has run out like this?

half the time I stop responding to people in real life unless it's necessary, at most I will stare at them. I also don't use any facial expressions or swing my arms when I walk.

You just have to force it man, that’s super ND, even if you despise it you have to train yourself to start responding to shit

The facial expression is not a huge deal but you should be laughing if like you’re in a group and the whole group laughed or like if someone smiles at you you should smile etc.

I guess the walking is also not like a crazy huge deal however you will look weird so I say walk around your house and train yourself to swing your arms a bit
