i weight exactly 50kg/110lbs, naturally, i don't gain weight
and for those wanna starve
being skinny isn't enough, you have to go extreme. if you're ugly as me
i only noticed change when i ate 3dates and drank coconut water a day for a month(dropped from 50 to 47kg)
it felt like shit but looked good
all acne disappeared and my skin started glowing and my bones came out although i don't have mass
overall i don't advise anyone to do it
-we're food addicts and you'll get depressed, although that's a normal amount of food
- you can't go outside with your body looking like shit. i always wear jackets, even in summer
