I already know that people are already ready to type "OVER IF YOU DONT GET EYELID SURGERY" and that makes sense. My eyes are subhuman, my jaw isnt. But hear me out. To get my eyes to normie tier I need ptosis repair, lower eyelid retraction, canthoplasty, and an implant. This costs 26k USD from Taban in addition to the flight and hotels. There are 0 reputable eye surgeons in my country (Canada) which might have something to do with there being only a few of these in the entire world. The whole thing would be extremely expensive and inconvenient. But now imagine this. Im already getting genio, I slap 4mm vertical movement on to give myself a longer jaw, and add jaw angle implants at a later date to give myself a mogger wide jaw. My eyes will still be subhuman, but my jaw will be maxed out.
