Holy ram usage. I chose Debian for stability, but I only encountered problems so far... proprietary drivers being broken (YES safe boot is disabled), random crashes, freezes, system tweaking, etc. Ubuntu was flawless, but also pretty resource demanding and slow.
I need Wayland because X11 is ATROCIOUS. Literally, I tried Mint and it was on X11, it ran horribly. Then I tried Wayland on Ubuntu and it was FLAWLESS.
But I'm still thinking about it lol. Maybe I'll try Void with xfce or lxqt, even though I have to be on X11. Another options is still going with KDE (My current DE) but on something like Arch, or Arch-based distros like EndeavourOS and CachyOS. I would have liked to try Clear Linux but it literally got purged from the internet.
