I'm thinking of doing a longer fast

Maybe 5 days or more. I'm currently doing what will be like a 36 hour fast and I have previous experience of doing something like 72 hours.

I think the main reason I'm considering it is to burn fat, and I know that by the end of it I'll be very ripped, as I'm already lean as it is (have been cutting for like 3 weeks already).

There's more to it tho', like regenerative cell repair and enhanced cognition. It's kind of on my "bucketlist" of things that I'd like to have done at least once in my life, so I'm feeling pretty excited about the whole thing.

Do you think I should do it?

Feel free to give me some advice if you have knowledge or personal experience!

I'm okay with some muscle loss. I know that I'll be able to gain it back pretty quick due to muscle memory, so it's not like a huge deal to me.
