I have signs of low testosterone as I have to do my job WFH so I don't have much options than to sit at my screen then I go to gym and spend my time there but I think I need 250 mg test a week which is a low dose so that I at least have normal test levels but I'm not sure if I should take an ai with it as I have gyno
