Im thinking on doing dopamine detox

So Im a porn and masturbation addicted,and Im experiencing some erectile disfunction (Im taking SSRI so could be the meds) I think is probably porn and the habituation to porn,maybe It make hypersexualized and raised my standards.
Porn and hard drugs addiction works the same,both works with the dopaminergic system in the same manner,so Its proven that dopamine receptors are less actived in the brain of an abuser than the brain of a normal person and It can be "re-sensitized" by beign on abstinece for aprox. a year . Obviously porn and masturbation doesnt produce as much dopamine as hard drugs does so It Will take me less time to recover my dopamine receptors.
My plan Is that when I achieve the year without porn(I Will maintain my masturbation habits because I think porn produce More harm than only masturbation because of the raised standars) I Will ascend with some ugly and fat girl but to come to that state dopamine detox only Its not enough and I will need to learn social skills and stop beign a NEET and work like a normal person.

I think that you are actually being semi-realistic, yea you are an intel and you know it. your standards are a fat bitch and you know you won't get rich or become a chad, still it is cope it will probably relapse but I hope you get well soon
