I did so much work and thought working hard would now be second nature to me, but these last 2 days have been entirely wasted except for starvemax, which I didn't really do the second and third day of it, so basically these 2 days I haven't done anything except for a decent attempt at starvemax. I can't go running up in the mountains because the low calories make me want to faint regularly even without working out.
