I'm tired of being shadowbanned on OLD

I can't take it anymore it goes extremely well in the first 2 to 3 days I get like 10 matches with ok foids (low stats ik but it's a pretty small city).
How can I avoid getting shadowbanned ? I'm tired of making new accounts so often
