I'm tired of my eyelashes shedding

I remember my eyelashes started shedding in 2024.
Earlier it shedded only because I rubbed my eyes constantly everyday.
Now,it doesn't matter whether I rub it or not,it somehow detaches on its own.
I haven't counted how many eyelashes I've lost exactly because of this but if I had to guess a number,then I'd say 150

I've lost many eyelashes due to rubbing my eyes,during taking a bath,while wearing glasses and while sleeping on my stomach too.
I don't know when this problem will stop
My eyelashes are one of the reasons why I have an MTN eye area.
I can't afford to lose so many eyelashes every month because it carries my eye area

Help me get rid of this problem guys

I have good eyelashes,they are naturally curled but they always shed and it hurts the most when the big eyelashes shed.
Everytime an eyelash sheds,my eye area appeal gets reduced.

naturally curled mogs, i have to curl mine otherwise they lay flat but it does look very good when i curl them
