Sugar

Chemically all sugar is damn near the same, whether it's from a soda or from a fruit. I don't get why people get so hung up about whether their sugar comes from a "natural" source or not, IT GETS PROCESSED THE SAME. What you should instead be worried about is what comes with the sugar, such as toxins from cooking (heat generated compounds) or antinutrients innately in the food.

Just because something is unnatural (I think tribes have access to a lot more sugar than we think) doesn’t mean it’s detrimental or can’t help bodily process. Nobody actually knows what’s natural anyway and what’s naturally available for some tribes could still not be indicated for us.

Then substitute your fruits with corn syrup.

No, it does not get processed the same way. Sugar spike from table sugar or syrup is much different from fruit or honey.

Chemically very similar doesn't matter didn't refute my post at all nigger.

Fruits have the benefit of soluble fiber and polyphenols. I'm talking about the actual sugar.

Jews have convinced you that sugar is bad but seed oils are fine and heat generated compounds are fine.

Seed oils are also retarded.

They're processed via the same pathways just absorbed faster/slower
Half truth. I get what you mean, but rate of absorption also influences the way your body uses fructose. The concentration of fructose in your bloodstream/liver at the time matters.

Can you tell me chemically what is so different in the sugar from corn syrup vs from a fruit
You're underestimating factors other than chemical structure.

Rapid absorption can change the proportions of fructose going into glycogen, lactate, or DNL. Typical amounts of fructose still get metabolized through normal pathways rather than being converted to fat.

It doesn’t change the underlying metabolic pathways.
