Im trying to loose weight

Im 167 cm and weigh 59 kg. I eat 1560 kcal and 138 g of protein daily to not loose muscle mass and not cook my hormones. Is this approach good?
 
why are you losing weight at 167/59 lol. You should be gaining muscle not losing fat.

I suppose ur underweight but why dont you just eat sugar and gain at least fat cuz your bodyfat% so low that u cook ur hormones
 
For cycling I want to optimize my Watts/kg and reduce bf%
okay then yeah looks about right. You should be in 400-800kcal deficit to not lose much muscle (if any)
 
Okay I burn 1400 kcal by just living. I have to walk to school like 3 km or less in Zone 1 how many calories am i burning with that?
 
So is 1000 kcal a good start?
