Low cal foods you can eat a lot

Seriously consider a glp, reta or tirz

Do some reasearch before hopping on, will making cutting effortless.

First figure out how many calories you actually need. Use a TDEE calculator to estimate your maintenance calories and aim for a moderate deficit, like 300 - max 500 calories a day. Dont go crazy with the deficit because you will just end up starving and overeating again.

Download MyFitnessPal or another calorie tracking app (MFP kinda went downhill with the latest updates ...) and start tracking what you eat.

The biggest thing is to eat foods you actually enjoy. If you hate your diet, youre never gonna stick to it long term.

Focus on high volume, low calorie foods so you can eat big portions without consuming a ton of calories. Get enough protein and fiber too, they will help keep you full.
Drink enough water.

- Lift weights and get your daily steps in.
- Dont completely cut out your favorite foods, just fit them into your calories.
- Dont starve yourself all day and then wonder why youre uncontrollably hungry at night.
- Get enough sleep

GLP1 peps like Reta can also help reduce hunger, food noise and make you feel full faster.
Start with low dose

Start with a low dose, like 1 mg, and see how you respond. Only increase it if needed. Even 2 mg can make a huge difference. More doesnt always mean better.
