The problem is most PSL autists get drawn into PSL ideals rather than what is actually attractive irl. At the end of the day, a 10k surgery is not going to be life-changing in most cases unless the person was severely recessed / deformed to begin with. I'm looking for subtle bone movement that increases chin projection slightly to reach the optimal and most importantly increases chin height. It's not going to turn me from incel to slayer but it will make a difference. Combine it with social-maxxing and results are going to come.
