What to do about lower third? I've been thinking of a jaw implant for a while to get rid of long midface/oval look

Send me. Yes oval face come from lack of jaw width and bonemass. Implants are good to solve it.

If not dead tier you could bonesmash pretty effective on mine but I had decent bigonial width before, only lack bonemass.
