I was plant based for two and a half years
you all were plant based, i trust you.

all did it correct and added supplements like b12

im vegan for 7 fucking years and i have the god tier health

I'm pretty clear on the fact that my dietary habits influence my skin.
As I have (mild) acne and a bit of acne scars I am experimenting with different foods / diets.
I feel like dairy products like milk, protein powder (whey) make my skin a lot worse.
I also want to decrease bloating which is why i decrease my carbohydrate intake.
Did you have any effects on your skin / acne (if you had any) after switching to a vegan diet?
And how could you pair this diet with going to the gym and eating a rather high amount of protein (~140g)?

huge looksmin and doesn't make any sense from an evolutionary perspective you need 80g max
