Like mtn ig

easily mtn-hmtn. ur biggest flaw i see tho is ur high mandibular plane angle, however it works well with your face so I wouldn't worry too much about it.

at the point that you're at, surgery is most likely the only way to improve your face. the only real setback in your facial aesthetics is your short ramus. if you can fix that i'd say you could be lhtn minimum.

how to fix asymmetry

you're most likely asymmetrical because you lay on one side or the other when you sleep. the best way that i know is to sleep on the side that's less droopy (left side in the photo), and then sleep on your back. the reason this happens is because gravity pulls you towards the earth, even if you aren't suspended in air. the human body doesn't have high elasticity, so the parts that are pulled towards the earth will start to sag/droop down.

but the chin angle is the wrong way, i need a genioplasty + one side implants to fix it?

Also do u know a source for dutasteride?

your biggest flaw overall is really your build, dimorphism, and probably that atrocity you have draped over your shoulders (fashionmaxx, please). i'd recommend physical training to increase your masculinity and to lower your face fat. your face is the least of your worries right now, as your build looks unappealing from what i can see. i'd recommend developing the shoulders and overall frame mainly.

yes i made alot of gym progress so far lost fat while building muscle, but when it comes to life quality sure, my build and fashion matters, but when it comes to getting women, its better to spend the money on surgery instead, or products for the face.

Ive spent tons of money on skin + haircare

as someone who's been in your situation, surgery should be the least of your worries right now. this is slightly off topic from facial/bodily aesthetics, but no woman will want you if you are ugly & can't dress; it's a very simple principle. if you don't mind sharing, what products are you buying for skin & hair?

you should be spending your money on a clean diet & clean products for hygiene rather than whatever the internet tells you
