recently I’ve been thinking about where I want my life to go and I’ve been getting depressed it genuinely feels like everyone’s evil in this world and I don’t know where to go, since I started looksmaxxing I atleast look a little better (cleaner skin, went to a barber, going to the gym more often) but my addiction to the internet is slowly killing me I cannot finish work I have to do and my attention span is so bad bro I literally have subway surfers on my phone and my high score was 18 million(I’m being fr) i honestly need some advice from any who can help me stop going online .org .is and other forums help with bettering my life but also I might need to get off of them if I want to finish all the work I have to do and do other stuff

Just have to stay away from it, I have addictions as well so I don’t have the solution.

I play subway surfers when I’m doing basically anything cooking/studying/going to bed at any moment

It's not over yet @not__cel write down your goals. Choose the most important one then take as much action as humanly possible to achieve that goal. Doesn't matter how long it takes.

yea man, monitor your progress each day, and write down what you accomplished towards your goal. Eventually you'll get where you want to be n shut.

think about death, think of how little relative time you have to be alive compared to the billions of years the universe has already existed, and the eternal void that awaits you upon death. think about how many more factors exist today that can kill you along with large amounts of other people in an instant than used to exist in simple nature. you are running out of time.

don't make the mistake that old people keep telling you about, which is to procrastinate and avoid commitment. you need to be decisive and just make a choice, if it doesn't work you can modify things down the line. not doing anything is just wasting the limited amount of time you can do something meaningful.

i am a polymath, a genius and a savant who has done nothing with my life. let my example of wasted talent serve as a cautionary tale.
