I'm willing to pay for private advice on looksmaxxing

I'm willing to do 1-2 surgeries to improve (and some softmaxxing too if someone convinces me is worth in my case, which I think it isn't) but first I want to know exactly where I stand and if my ideas are ok. I'm looking for someone here with whom I can share pics. I'm willing to pay for this service. Anyone legit?

I paid for Wheat Waffles to see how it was and he rated me 5/10. I agree with the number but I didn't agree with some parts of his analysis and recommendations.

leanmaxxing doesn't even make sense in my case. For bimax I have already consulted with some surgeons including Alfaro, but I'm not convinced yet of the movements.
