I was reading @enchanted_elixir thread and it gave me the idea and motivation to make one
I have some things already down and it look's good for my first ever guide
the title will be "beyond the face: the science of body composition, posture and upper-body aesthetics" I think it'll be a good thread with useful information
it will be my first tho. so it prob won't be the best but still helpful
