Do you guys think the imad skywalker guide assymetry is cope cause i think its got pretty good reason and decent methods Only for the jaw but the upper pallete i think is pure cope. cause hows pulling one side of maxilla back and other forward lightlty for 5 minutes gonna help. And my final question Is thumbpulling actually cope if you do it till your mouth and thumbs hurt like shit like 10 minutes every hour im talking

Thumbpulling is mostly cope, ADULT bones won’t shift from a few minutes of thumb pressure, so you’ll at best affect soft tissue or posture
 
Best you can do is develop good posture I’ve always had this posture I would like to thjnk but this can help
