I'd imagine the kinds of people that feel this way are so disconnected from their roots and from where they come from. This is especially prevalent in America and with Mexicans, Africans, Asians and so on. It's absurd to put someone or a group of people on a pedestal just because they were born "divine" or with fairer complexion.

in my case, I am Mexican-American. I've had to grow with a brother who always had something to say about being part of America and that he strongly supports someone like trump who btw would hate his existence because of his ethnicity.
