Because your sphenoid and all other facial bones didn't develop to their full extent...

Based on my environment and how I grew up I should have been a high testosteron monster with a perfect face. I was always at low bodyfat 10-12%, ate a lot trying to gain weight and build muscles/bones, played sports 3x a week with matches/tournaments on the weekend and high T jock teammates. Additionally worked out with bodyweight exercises on training free days. Had more to do with girls, a slay, dancing partner, oneitis and a few female friends. Had lots of friends, was popular at least in my year and the sports guy himself. Was the whole day outside and active, slept 8 hours+

These are all factors that should have make me felt incredible, yet I was an anxious piece of shit because ALL my hormones were too low, including hgh, thyroid, estrogen, acth among others. My libido was way too low. I was driven and hardworking by bruteforcing like always, but I wasn't happy. I didn't experience much pleasure. I didn't felt like a king...

Some people have low t because they are fat and unhealthy. but that's because their hormones are imbalanced, for example estrogen or prolactin too high, due to a shit lifestyle.

Now Imagine your hormones are perfectly balanced but are alltogether too little for your body to function properly

Imagine always feeling like shit no matter the environment just because your pituitary gland doesn't produce enough hormones throughout your body.. What type of life is this?


Proper facial development goes way beyond just looking good like you think

Health, breathing (nitric oxide, co2), hormones (pituitary, hypothalamus), speech (resonance, loudness) , character (Inhibition, extroversion) ... are all affected by it. How you experience life depends on it and I did get the a card. It took me over 21 years to figure it out, by necessity not by choice

I supplement with oral steroids.. but it's no longterm solution. Not just T is too low. Everything is too low ironically. Read about the hormones produced by the pituitary gland and you will see. It's what makes you chad mentally

I ate no different than others... and when I started MSE+Facemask I got massive hormonal boost for months. I felt like I different person, like I am who I am supposed to be, more energy than I ever had and hornier than I've ever been. Undescribable difference. It's all about the sphenoid... I thought it was all genetic too when I was younger

That's the sad part when you have a weak hormonal profile to begin with. I need to take low doses and don't even get much of an effect. If I'd take higher doses everything would just needed to get filtered out by the liver and I would end up with all types of side effects. You can't cheat homeostasis

eat well and a lot, don't be a fatass, lowfap, workout, play sports, meet friends, flirt with girls, sleep well, get sun, supplements like K2, have goals you are working towards ... if you are still low T it's likely because of your shit sphenoid but you probably just live unhealthy like many

Isn't the sphenoid a skull bone? What does it have to do with testosterone levels?

You just dont have the genes. Enviroment is not that important

Isn't the sphenoid a skull bone? What does it have to do with testosterone levels?
It's the most important skull bones because it is connected to everything important. The pituitary is housed there. If this area is compressed due to lack of suture growth, hormone production is compromised too

im eating well but less because i wanna drop more bodyfat
lowfap; im fapping once in 2 weeks (i have depressions so my libido is low)

workout; i worked out 6 month ago for about 1 year and it felt absolutely amazing but i dont work out anymore because idk man
im just depressed and dont know how to start again

friends; i have 0 friends

Depression affects you greatly. You have to treat it first with good habits and if that didn't work you have to see a psychiatrist in order to receive medication.

And how can I grow them? (Still in puberty btw)
Be healthy and maybe use hgh/peptides. I would try to wear a reverse headgear at night if I could go back in time but no one really has it as bad as me. so it's probably unnecessary for you
