Why hasn't any surgeon or charity or even the guys parents taken action and given this guy surgery to fix this.

Life as an ugly ethnic is shit. You never see this happen to a white girl for a reason as it's fixed at an early age from caring parents , charities , pro bono surgeons, go fund me.
