I'm not against anything to get benefit to ascend yourself. I'm just strugling to understand why you take risks of muscle retachment, infection etc. while you can easily get a decent bicep in a couple of months.
If, somehow genetically you can never get what an implant does (like facial implants) then of course someone should go for it.
