I see I never knew there were rules to the Rating thread. What if somebody makes a acc using an IP at work then changed their IP. Or goes on their phone and makes an acc then changed their phone. The site cannot make up for such things

I even made a failed thread yesterday teaching people how to change their IPs from some of the hackers on this site but it got ignored
