The problem here is that my brow ridge is quite weak, so getting a straight nose trough an implant would look out of proportion - I would need to get some kind of borwridge/supraorbital/galabella implant as well

And at that point I'm already "reworking" my entire face (cause I"m definitely gonna get jaw surgery, I need that badly), and I don't really want to do that
